Über diesen Titel

Sophia has spent her life ping-ponging between different countries and schools, so in theory saying good-bye should be easy. But now she's leaving Tokyo - the place that finally felt like home. The only way she can get through this is to make her final week perfect.

Then Jamie Foster-Collins shows up, just in time to ruin everything. Jamie and Sophia used to be friends...and his return stirs up feelings she thought she'd forgotten.

Suddenly hours and minutes become meaningless. Only time spent together, exploring the hidden streets of the city they love, is real.

Was hätte Cecilia Vinesse anders machen müssen, damit Sie das Hörbuch mehr genossen hätten?

I had this on my TBR for a while because SET IN TOKYO. It could have been amazing right? It could have been everything. I then decided to listen to the audiobook after finding out that the author will be at YALC and yeah no.

I dnf'ed this book after about 15% which I NEVER did before. When I dnf books it's after 30% or more but man, the book had a bunch of characters but all of them were awful. I can say that after 15% only as the events of the books happen within seven days. Offensive asshole people can't turn into decent human beings within seven days, you can't fight me on this.

The mc is called Sophia but everyone just calls her Sofa which is just so damn annoying. She has a group of friends but everything they do is talking down each other and insult each other and I'm here like "...you serious?". Sophia has a lesbian/bi(?) sister who apparently had to deal with a very rough break up and all SOFA did was making fun of her for being sad or even depressed over it? YIKES.

SOFA constantly lies to her friends and behaves like a seven years old? And dresses like a four years old child? If that's the part of the 'Japanese culture' we were supposed to get in this book.. nah. If you think about picking this book up because you're interested in learning more about Japan pls send me a mail, I think I can tell you more (also I can speak better Japanese lol!)

Sofa sees no point in learning Japanese because she has her friend Mika who speaks Japanese for her which (I think) is just so disrespectful. She lived there for more than four years? And? Can't? Even? Say? 'I would like to buy this'? like? Girl? are? You? kidding? me? Like SOFA is watching Anime & you CAN pick things up from watching anime. When you can't read Japanese, that's a different story and I can get that but... dang. What a egoistic seating accommodation this girl is.

Also pls let's not talk about the obvious love triangle with a seating accommodation and two douches thank you very much.

Well. Yeah no thanks bye.

Seven Days of You more like Seven Days of meh.
