The idea of the environmentally self-sustaining community touches everything positive in me. I totally believe in them - like a mantra to me - and I have promoted the idea my entire life.
If the entire series dealt with that - 5 plus stars all the way.
It's the reality show aspect that hinders, because the term is an oxymoron - they are scripted and manipulated. Ms. Seton deals with that very well.
Ms. Seton is a very good author - I know her books and appreciate her writing style. It saddens me that I can't give higher, but a lesser author would have received zero, as I am that passionately against the "realty show" concept, and always review honestly.
If you are okay with that, please know the series is very well-written, the characters and situations well-developed. Ms. Seton you are a 5-star author.
