I was the Rift Magus—master of space and time, protector of worlds. For decades, I defended my realm with unmatched power. But when an unspeakable creature threatened everything I held dear, I was forced to create a rift to nowhere—a trap designed to seal it away for all time.

It worked, but the creature was not without power itself. It warped my magic, twisting the rift I made to take me back home, and I woke instead in the frail body of a young noble, Lucian Alastair Eldraine. Beaten, ransomed, and on the brink of death, Lucian's spark was barely a flicker, his power nothing to speak of.

good, but...

Part 1 + 2 should be just 1 book. the average book is usually around 12h in this Genre.. So it would be more fitting. it is also quite obvi that Part 1 ends in the middle of things.

the MC is smart, but the autor should reduce the inner monologues. it is repeating things several times and the book(s) is short enough as it is. more useful Infos, less repeating his narcistic self.


the Plots are quite good, fast progress, okayish worldbuilding - maybe a bit more Info about the stages, Gifts and so on.

I bought both books and this series is for sure in my Favs. So please keep it up. I am Looping forward to the next adventures.

Amazing Narrators.

Overall its recommended to enjoy this series.

I really like it

I really like it. Politics and intrigues between nobles and an interesting magic/cultivation system. I am looking forward to the next books.

Broken Teleporter-Powermaniak

Reborn to dominate the new world with indomitable teleport-power. There is nothing it can’t do! Stick it to your sword to cut everything, shoot it like bullets that can’t be stopped, stretch it over your whole body to repel generally everything (even mind attacks), create portals in all sizes, shapes & form wherever to do whatever (a portal inside the necks aorta, to stop blood flow to the brain; a handy cutting tool, because it’s so broken, it can’t be stopped by matter or anything at all; easy access to minds, hearts & riches).
Paired with an all-seeing magic-sight, this guy sees & knows everything around him. And by stacking portals on each other, he will soon be able to encumber the whole world, to push his will or himself on or in everything he wants to …
