Der Sprecher ist hervorragend, obwohl ich kein Muttersprachler bin, konnte ich ihn sehr gut verstehen, und er hat eine sehr angenehme Stimme.

Die Story ist ambivalent. Einerseits ist die Handlung durchaus spannend, aber viele Dinge kommen einem vor wie kopiert aus anderen Romanen oder Filmen. So ist z. B. am Anfang des Buchs eine Verhandlung, bei der eine Vorgesetzte des Protagonisten dabei ist. Also etwa so wie General Van Dyke bei Raumpatrouille die Vorgesetzte von McClane war.

Die Handlungen der Personen sind auch nicht so ganz konsistent. Beispielsweise himmelt jemand die ganze Zeit eine Pilotin an und in dem Moment, in dem sie seinem Begehren nachgibt, zieht er sich zurück, weil er dann plötzlich merkt, dass eine Beziehung doch nicht ganz passend für sein Engagement im Militär ist.

Insgesamt also leichte Unterhaltung, durchaus OK, aber eben auch nicht besonders gut.

Mehr oder weniger lose Aneinanderreihung von Stereotypen. Flache Charaktere und nicht nachvollziehbare Entscheidungen. Auch ein guter Sprecher ändert das nicht zum positiven.
