Das war eines meiner ersten Hörbücher.
Es war aber bis jetzt das beste das ich gehört habe.
Die Geschichte der Queen Jane, deren Regentschaft sagenhafte 9 Tage dauerte ist ein eher trockenes Geschichtsthema bei dem man eher nicht diese sehr gut ausgearbeitete Geschichte mit viel Witz und Humor erwartet.

Ich hatte vor meinem Lesebeginn noch nie etwas von der 9-Tage-Königin gehört und war somit sehr gespannt was diese Story zu bieten hatte und meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen.

Katherine Kellgren hat ein wahsinnig guten Job gemacht, sie hat nicht nur die Geschichte gelesen, sie hat den Charakteren Leben eingehaucht und die Geschichte zum Leben erweckt.

Alles in allem war es ein fantastisches Hörbuch mit sehr guter Story und Vertonung.

I LOVED the way this story was brought to life. I had a blast listening to this audio book and commend everyone who worked on it! A 10/10, would definitely recommend for something light hearted, funny AND sweet. Phenomenal Voice Acting, Captivating Story Telling, Compelling Plot

at the beginning I wasn't happy with the speaker but it was exactly the right voice for the story . I couldn't stop listening , brilliant and amusing .

The narrator takes some getting used to at first but after a few chapters I thought that her pronunciation and emphasizing worked perfectly for this story.
The story itself is well written and hilarious. I would recommend it to all fans of Tudor history and alternate history retellings, who don't mind a story that's not taking itself too serious.

A witty and modern story with bits and pieces of history and fairy tales. Completely different than the Prime Video adaption but that makes it all the more interesting. Well read.
