And on and on it goes. Same ingredients as usual. Endless explanations of a mixture of real science topics and science fiction. Unfortunately, these 'documentary' passages become longer and longer, redundant, and more and more boring. On the other hand, there is no story anymore. Just a little quarrel between CIA and Navy, a few submarine rescue missions, and a little research on the starship,... patchwork. The style of writing has become even more pathetic compared to the former books. The active passages, supposed to be thrilling, follow the usual simple pattern. The good guys are caught in a grossly overstated, hopeless situation, just to be saved in the very last minute, in the most unbelievable way. That sucks.

And ... guess what ... the story has not come to an end. After dolphins and monkeys, next it will presumably be the elefants. Probably, there will be another useless effort to keep the findings secret (even though Russians, Chinese, South Americains already know them... stupid). And on and on it goes... This is the last book I have read from this never ending story that deteriorates with each book.
