I‘ve owned this audiobook for 6 years now and I keep coming back to it. Once the 8 weeks are over I always feel like I used to see life through the wrong glasses and simply feel amazing. I highly encourage anyone trying the simple and very doable course. I prefer this audiobook version over any app because it has every type of meditation with a great explanation and doesn‘t require further payment. I also like the limitation of having just this one book. The chapters are conveniently titled so everything is easy to find and the calming narrator is 10/10.
