Idiot protagonist
It's a really, really run of the mill harem wannebe VR LITRPG book, and, like a lot of them, is often fueled by a complete lack of common sense, an absence of any self awareness and general low IQ in the protagonist. As usual, that makes it boring at best and upsetting at worst.
