I can only recommend this devotional and also the book, (which unfortunately isn't available on audible).
Having gone through severe abuse and damage to her soul herself J.M. gives simple, but powerful advice on how to work together with God to achieve the healing of your soul.
It's a biblically founded and anointed teaching and the speaker does a wonderful job with her soothing voice to make you feel comfortable while listening.
You will not regret buying this!
