Well researched and well written
A very interesting book that shows the entanglement between state and private enterprise in the US who apparently signed a Devil's Pact to make money out of war. Also war has always generated money and made some people richer and the great many poorer and more desperate, the level to which Halliburton has pushed its profit making is extremely shocking.
