    Starting with the expectation that it would begin on the same level of insight as Getting To Yes, I was quickly disappointed by this collection of random thoughts. It's like listening to a monologue of common sense and sound judgement by an author who signed up for a second book but clearly did not have material for it. No practical advice like in Getting To Yes, also the case studies are missing. Missed chance, what a pity.
