Sound familiar?
For most of us this is “normal” within the workplace. These are the typical problems that mean we are firefighting on a daily basis and these are the things that drain everyone’s energy, making work hard. It does not have to be like this.
There is a better way. You could decide to have G.R.E.A.T. processes. When you have those, these kind of problems perhaps don’t go away completely, but they can be dramatically reduced. Everyone can have an easier life, with less stress, wasted effort and better outcomes for employees, the business and its customers.
