The speaker was amazing and had such a soothing voice, but if I am being honest, there is nothing in this book that I could take away from it and use for me personally. Its a super optimistic book about the power within women, but there is nothing that tells us how to activate this power inside of us. It sounds like she is just rambling down some vanilla standard manifestations. I sure could listen to that during meditation though, if I was interested in that.
