I had high hopes for this Book because I am very interested in embodiment. But alas, not even five minutes into it, the mumbojumbo starts: Tales of miracle healings, sudden bodily changes in height (first thought it was a metaphore but nope) without any explanation or scientific backing and a weird black/white division of people into weird human/humanoid categories without any basis. And no talk of embodiment. Fits the woowoo category, very disappointing, not my cup of tea...
