Archaeologist Duncan Rigby thinks he’s finally struck it rich when he discovers a trunk of legendary jewels, buried 300 years ago by exiled priests in a remote Mexican mountain range. But he’s not the only one on the trail of the famous Jesuit Treasure.…
Rumors of the find have brought a wave of fortune hunters onto Baja’s southern shores - and that in turn attracts the attention of Atticus Fish, the expatriate American billionaire with a knack for getting caught up in other people’s troubles. When Rigby goes missing, Fish fires up his seaplane and enlists Baja’s infamous bootlegger, Skegs, to join him in his search for the missing archaeologist - and a treasure so beguiling men will kill to possess it.
A blistering joyride across the badlands of southern Baja, El Dorado Blues comes on like a shot of tequila on a hot summer day: smooth, with a powerful finishing kick.
