Throughout the 9 hours of listening, there were only small details I didn't like or didn't approve of; for instance: the essay about fat phobia and the diet industry was great, but it failed to add a little "extreme obesity isn't healthy though and it's harmful to promote that." I very much understand that fat people suffer from the discrimination they face, but there is a difference between body positivity and promoting harmful unhealthy ways of living. I would've wished for a little more clarification on this. Also Peta doesn't fat shame people into Veganism. The vegan community faces a lot of crap too and there is scientific evidence on the benefits of veganism...
