I am a great fan of light romances, but... this one was too over the top.

First of all: The main characters live in the same small town for years and yet they never met after college? Yes, he is a hockey player, but he clearly says he lives in town, so why did they never run into each other?

The beginnings of the story are very dramatic on his side and it just gets more unrealistic from there. The people in this town are over the top judgemental and dramatic.

I liked the narrators, they did a good job! So if you just want light entertainment and don't mind the unnecessary Angst and Drama, this is for you!

I did not anticipate this level of Angst and Drama. So if you like that, you would probably like this book. Unfortunatly it is not my cup of tea. honestly in my opinion the story was a little too shallow to have this much Angst, Drama and Twists and turns. that this kind of evilnes and pettiness exist within a Regular community and people. plus there was not even enouph sexy Times there to make it worthwhile. At some point I started skipping forward because i did not really care that much....
