Menopause is nasty but when you get a group of women together, you get laughter, tears and togetherness which makes it a whole lot easier. In this podcast each week I tackle a different symptom of the Menopause, not just on my own but with some amazing guests too. The title also mentions Dinners, there will be food, which we eat, score and discuss the benefits to support. I share my knowledge so you can learn about your body and understand why things happen the way they do. And last but not least there is an audience of other menopausal women, like a support group, around the group while we talk.

    In this follow up episode to Part one, guests, Paula, Kirsti & Keira continue to discuss their Brain Fog issues and particularly what has help them along the way.

    Information on HRT, herbs and techniques to help is mentioned. And it wouldn't be menopause dinners without some food!

    Today's episode I have 3 guests, Kirsti, Paula & Keira discussing Brain Fog. Together we have 3 stages from Peri, Menopause and Post, a great combination of brain fog issues along the way.

    Brain fog is a very common part of the Menopause so its no wonder we forget things. In this conversation, topics of misplacing keys, forgetting words, schedules and clothing are mentioned! Talking about this in a group makes you feel a bit more normal, especially when you forget simple things like 9 minus 3!

    In Part 2 of Menopause & Mood Swings I am re joined by both Paula & Keira where we continue to discuss but this time with a difference!

    In today's episode we will be enjoying a meal that has made by myself which will benefit the menopause, especially for mood swings! The guests will then score the meal and give feedback.
