In this episode of Genuine Girl, I chat about a recent career change I've made and the larger lessons that have come with it - namely, the tendency to have a need for control and the importance of letting go for positive changes to transpire.
From trying to control others' perceptions through people pleasing to trying to control the direction of my career path, I dive into the different types of control that were actually more harmful than helpful on this journey. I also share what actually helped me find peace in whatever outcome transpired.
