This cozy collection includes three delightful full-length mystery novels in the Haunted Tearoom Cozy Mystery Series featuring April May and the town of Serenity Cove.

Tea is for Tarot: It's said that your future can be foretold in the tea leaves at the bottom of your cup. But when the tarot cards hint at murder, is it a warning? Or a threat?

Tea is for Traitor: April May needs a new hobby—something other than finding dead bodies!

Tea is for Tears: Can April May find a killer? If not, she may end up in jail for murder! At least she can count on Chef Emile’s presence in her kitchen… or can she?

I really enjoyed these books. They're well written and Mary Costillo reads them extremely well. She was able to change to the different voices of the characters easily and they were recognisable from book to book which made my listen really nice. A pity that books 7 and 8 are not read by her and now require credits. I'll check out book 9 before I decide whether the new narrator is just as enjoyable and it's worth buying books 7 and 8 as I believe that not only the books, but also the narrator need to be really good.
I definitely recommend books 1 to 6 to anyone who enjoys light crime with a pinch of humour and some endearing characters.

very enjoyable

Throughout Book 5 & 6 there are some really strange story inconsistencies, e.g. who knows about the ghost chef and who doesn't. Generally some characters behave as if some things from earlier books never happened and thus they keep making the same mistakes towards the end of every single book. Kinda annoying, especially since the series is nice otherwise.
