Thank you Christian for the book - it was really worth the effort. I listen to it regularly - early in the morning to get me in the mood for the day, when cycling, when going for a walk, to fall asleep, at night to avoid brooding. You explained my own experiences that I never had an explanation for myself. So you really managed to remind me of my true nature - as was your intention. I continue to do this work with people who seem ready for it. Your book has often been a very appropriate gift.

After discovering Eckhart Tolle and The Power of Now, I discovered that I had fast-growing, stage 3 breast cancer. I faced my breast cancer and my coming death with the help of The Power of Now. This completely transformed me - the way I see life, myself, and my world. Eckhart calls this "transmutation". I ended up not dying but rather surviving, and feeling extremely grateful that I had a bit more time. I stayed mainly with Eckhart´s teachings afterward. But one year later, there was one book that had a profound impact on me: A Walk in the Physical.

I would not have been open to this book, had I not had a massive shift in consciousness. But because I questioned all my belief systems after my shift, and took on new perspectives, I was now open to the possibility that we are much, much more than we realize! I felt it during my "awakening experience" when my cancer had just been diagnosed. I felt the "peace which passes all understanding" and I knew there is no death. Christian´s teachings have given me a way to advance my spiritual practice - to be open, to love, to face my fears, and know my own magnificence!

I still listen to this book every night before bed. It inspires me like no other book can. It is so very valuable and so very needed by all of us now.
Thank you, Christian! I hope to integrate your teachings more and more as the years pass.

fantastisches Buch!

The first time I heard of Christian Sundberg was in a “Buddha at the Gas-pump interview” on Youtube and felt a deep resonance with his message. I purchased a hard copy of his book and then, delighted that there was an audiobook available, read by the author himself, purchased that as well.
The content of the book is, without question, enlightening for those with an open heart. Whenever I feel affected by the current madness happening on earth, I open Christian’s book, always finding my way back to balance within its pages.
One small criticism: The inclusion of particular essay numbers in the first part of the audiobook is distracting and unnecessary/useless, since one cannot page forward to a particular essay they point to.
