the charakters Isaac and David are wonderfully comlex, lovable and interesting to listen to with all their ideas of the world, dreams and hopes but also daubts and fears. Their romance is the sort where you fall in the with both charakters while they fall in love with each other and you just can't help but hope and fear with them.
Apart from the romance, although that is the main driving point for the plot, the story is really engagingand suspensful. As a German I have no idea how accurate the descriptions of Armish believes and customes are but it was fascinating to hear if extremely worrying and depresssing.
Just one minor, nitpicky thing. 'Eichel' is really not a good nickname. Apart from the pronaunciation being completely off here, no german speaker would ever use this word as a nickname, since yes, it means acorn but it also describes the head of the cock 😀
