Outside of his own recovery, Frank is a natural people person who has built his career in hospitality, always drawn to connecting with others. That same instinct is what pushed him to write this book: he wanted people struggling with modern addictions to have something he didn't — a real voice from someone who's been there, so they wouldn't have to spend years figuring it out alone.

Frank believes that no addiction is too strong to overcome and that everyone deserves to see there's a light at the end of the tunnel. This book is his way of being that light for someone else — proof, in his own words, that change is possible, and that you don't have to face it alone.
