Andrew Welsh-Huggins

I'm the Shamus, Derringer, and International Thriller Writers-award-nominated author of the standalone crime novel "The End of The Road"; the Andy Hayes private eye series featuring a former Ohio State and Cleveland Browns quarterback turned investigator; and editor of the short story anthology "Columbus Noir." In my new Andy Hayes novel, "Sick To Death," coming in September, Hayes faces the most personal investigation of his career as he hunts the driver involved in a fatal hit-skip accident. In "The Mailman," the first installment in a new thriller series arriving in Spring 2025, freelance courier Mercury Carter crisscrosses the country to rescue a kidnap victim and avert a tragedy endangering hundreds of lives.
