In the past three years, meditation was a big part of my life and helped me a lot in many situations. For this reason, I always thought that it would be great to find something for my kids. That's the reason why I started to collaborate with some guided meditation professionals to create five stories that I could play at home for my kids. They loved it, and we decided to give the possibility to others to listen to it - that's the reason for this audiobook. Those guided meditations helped my kids to relax and sleep better.
