Growing up in the day and age where mental health was taboo and not often spoken about, she felt confined, lost and trapped. After 3 years of therapy, many combinations of anti-depressants, she now feels like she is understanding herself. There is plenty more to learn and discover which is why on Mondays she will be here sharing her story, hearing from others and a range of professionals to learn, educate and grow.
