This is a podcast for service personnel who have reached the time they have to leave the services. This can be a really mentally difficult time, where you feel utterly alone! After numerous conversations with friends and leavers, a theme started to develop. I posted on LinkedIn to find there were a number of people feeling the same and wanted a place to talk and get help. So Shelve Your Boots was born! This cast will be discussing the mental and emotional side of leaving the services and what you should expect coming into the real world once again!
