Being in presence is something I invited into my life a couple of years ago when I was faced with anxiety. Ever since I started this journey of mindfulness my life has began to feel grounded, peaceful and overall joyful in ways I couldn't have previously imagined! I wanted to share my journey with hopes that we can all grow together. Of course, life is a journey faced with many ups and downs but consciousness continues to allow me to feel alive even in the lowest of moments.
