People say I live with my head in the clouds. I don't pay attention, I have zero emotional awareness, and apparently, all I know how to do is avoid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Now a sophomore at Bensen University, everything feels like it's falling apart. Every moment feels heavy, like I'm floating through a fog. Every deprecating word that's ever been uttered toward me plays on repeat in my head. The only time I feel any kind of relief is when I'm self-medicating. But then I meet them. My scent matches… who also happen to be my ex-boyfriend's teammates.
