Sondra and Tony left each other in misery on the same day, each so selfishly involved in their own suffering to realize that the other was unhappy, as well. The night spawned new adventures for them both, and in response to the long torture they had just endured, both ventured into sexual areas new and strange to them. New people, new places, new attitudes - but can they find each other again? If they should meet again by chance, could they handle the gritty truth about who they were now?
