    For many young people, moving into independent living can be daunting. For care leavers, there are the added dimensions of what home means to them, the support they may or may not have as they take this next step. There are financial implications of how they are funded, and communication between the various agencies can be slow and difficult. In this episode of Unheard REVERB, Stevie tells us about her experience of moving to university having previously been in care.
