it's no secret that life is difficult. in this episode i talk about lessons that i have learned in the last year. 2022 was honestly a brutal year for me (probably for a lot of you as well) but i realized i can only keep moving forward and grow from those experiences. as much as it hurts to move on, we can't stay in the same place forever. there is a whole world out there to explore :)
