Mohamad Zoror is a Lebanese-American from Syr el Daniyeh, Lebanon, who relocated to the United States at four and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. During high school, he gained prominence on Vine, earning recognition from celebrities such as Rob Dyrdek and Cardi B, along with features from BuzzFeed and Muslim. In college, he played an active role in Baladna, a distinguished Dabke group.Two years ago, he moved to Chicago and founded Al Sham Dabke, an initiative focused on teaching Dabke to people from all backgrounds. Mohamad aims to expand Al Sham Dabke nationwide, with the vision of elevating Dabke to the same level of appreciation as cultural dances like Salsa and Tango.Mohamad made his way back to Raleigh at the end of 2024 where he purchased his first home. Throughout his time back, he found a new love for health & fitness - coaching pilates in the downtown Raleigh area.
