In this episode of Enlightened Connections, Lisa talks with Cindy Anderson, founder of Soulpiphany and creator of Your Spirit Guide on Speed Dial, about spirit guides, intuition and our connection with the spiritual world.

Cindy shares how, after 40 years of following more conventional ideas of success, she discovered her own connection with her spirit guides and began developing a practical way to help others recognise that connection for themselves.

They explore:
• What spirit guides are and who may be part of our spiritual support team
• How we can recognise the physical sensations associated with spiritual guidance
• Cindy’s “fingerprint signature” approach to identifying our own intuitive signals
• Why guidance from the spiritual realm can feel different from advice we receive from other people
• The ways Western culture has historically discouraged our connection with intuition and spirituality
• The possibility that more people are now beginning to awaken to these abilities
• Lisa’s own recent experience of receiving unexpected spiritual guidance during a health scare and an important life decision

Cindy also shares a free 5-day coaching experience for listeners who would like to begin exploring their own connection with their spirit guides.

A fascinating conversation about intuition, trust, spiritual connection and learning to recognise the guidance that may already be around us.
