Self-doubt is something we deal with on a daily basis—well, at least most of us do, and I sure am one of them!

Even in small little moments where you question if you locked the door or not, or if you turned off the stove… these are all little moments of self-doubt that are reflecting bigger moments where you may be doubting yourself and your abilities!

Now, by now you know that the more we focus on something, the more it amplifies and grows! So when we focus on our self-doubt, it becomes a larger broadcast in our energy! Today we change that!

Today I am going to walk you through how I have been shifting my perspective on self-doubt and turning it into a superpower rather than a trait that is costing me! Making it an asset so instead I broadcast something different out in my energy!

Our whole lives we have been programmed to believe we are not special. To the point that people literally ask ‘What makes me so special?’ ‘I’m just like everyone else.’ The problem with these statements is that it takes away the power of each and all of our uniqueness… and as a result the power we each uniquely hold! Of course society doesn’t want us to know that we are ALL individually special! That would mean that all of us have something valuable to share and a capability to tap into our innate power and well… for us to consume and be manipulated… that just doesn’t work for the powers at the top now does it!?

So today I am going to tell you the truth! Each and every one of you is SPECIAL! If you don’t believe me, before you decide on that just listen to this episode. Because source has made each and every one of you unique and special for a reason! The bigger picture wouldn’t work if that wasn’t the case. In today’s episode I am going to talk about my own experiences struggling to see my value and how truly special I am in comparison to others, and how all of us can be just as valuable and special all at the same time. The insights that I gained along the way and how I am working on shifting my self-image in regards to this… and the challenges that come up on this journey, as well as some realizations that allowed me to shift this and also see where I am being challenged to shift it even more!

The struggles and battles you are facing all come down to one thing… that is the universe challenging you to see your own value, because once you do the gates to so many amazing things open up. Once you do the power to manifest all your dreams becomes a possibility!

Reflections… They are the upgrade. But sometimes the upgrade can be hard to find when your human is not on board!

In the last few days, I was tackled with all the travel reflections and the lesson in it. Well, it all has to do with a lack of trust — and how me trying to control the external is leading to more bumps in the road than simply trusting that my journey will get me to where I need to be.

In this podcast, I explain the reflections I’ve been dealing with: the travel delays, lost luggage, and more! What it’s been telling me about a different area of life and the lesson I’m needing to learn. Reflections amplify when we ignore them — not to punish us, but to help us get the upgrade we’ve been asking for!

My fear of things not working out led to them not working out! Instead of having the knowing that I had done all the things I needed to and just pressing play — trusting that it was all going to be fine — I let my lack of trust in the situation escalate the reflections.
