A Ramp Worker's Perspective on Philosophy, Spirituality and Mindfulness

My name is Orion, and I have spent nearly 25 years working in the aviation industry and over the years, I have been fortunate to be a part of some remarkable and unbelievable moments, behind the scenes on the airport ramp.

In recent years I have been seeking spiritual understanding of what it truly means to live a human existence through independent study of ancient philosophies and religions such as Buddhism, Taoism and Stoicism.

In my upcoming show Wings of Insight, I will share how practicing ancient knowledge and wisdom has enabled me, a regular working-class guy lead a fulfilling and content life. I will also be sharing some stories from my vast career in the aviation from working on the ramp loading planes, to actually obtaining my pilot's license.

My hope for this show is to inspire others to explore these teachings for themselves, so they too can navigate our turbulent world with greater kindness, compassion and positivity, and to show that living a content life is truly accessible to all.
