I talk about my belief of the necessity and benefits of vulnerability, and my opinion on my should allow it into our communications as we interact.
I wasn't always one to speak with vulnerability, but as I progressed in life, I found that the most I learned most and best from were those who were not afraid to speak openly about their experiences, thoughts, feelings, success, failures and everything they have learned from it. I have personally learned that it helps fortify relationships with those who want connection, so long as they allow it and, most especially, thrive on it.
