Justin shares his journey from growing up in a middle-class family in Utah to his early struggles after getting married young and starting from the bottom. He discusses his explorations in various jobs before discovering real estate and specifically wholesaling. Despite initial setbacks and financial struggles, including a costly coaching program that failed to deliver immediate results, Justin persisted. He learned the business from the ground up, going from cold-calling for others to starting his own wholesaling business. Justin shares how important experiences of hardship were, shaping his work ethic, sharpening his business acumen, and deepening his commitment to his family. Now, he is focused on growth, driving towards a goal of consistently making $100,000 per month while prioritizing time with his family.

Utah-based artist Heather Olsen honed her skills in classical realism at the Bridge Academy of Art and the Hein Atelier of Art, before earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Utah. Since then, Heather has gained national recognition as an award-winning exhibiting artist, and has also been sought after for her commissioned paintings including "Together We Can Do This" (commissioned by Intermountain Healthcare), as well as portraits of several Utah Governors and local legislative officials. While Heather enjoys painting a range of subjects, her true passion lies in capturing the personality and emotion of animals and people.

Host Skylar Bytendorp interviews Gaya Samarasingha, founder of Kalaia Products. Originally from Sri Lanka, Gaya shares her journey moving to the U.S. for education, starting with just two suitcases and working on campus. After graduating and working in the business industry for a decade, she quit to start her own skincare company in 2017. Inspired by her roots in Sri Lanka, Gaya uses natural ingredients commonly found in Ayurvedic medicine for her products. She talks about the importance of consistency in seeing results. Gaya also discusses the challenges she faced in securing funding and how it led her to start Kaliya Cares, a microloan program that funds female-owned businesses worldwide. Despite hardships she faced, Gaya's dedication towards providing a natural, result-oriented skin care range continues to make an impact in the lives of her customers.
