    Special episode of True Crime & Wine Time, we are joined by a very special guest, Nicole — the devoted mom of Ruby, an adorable one-year-old French Bulldog whose life was tragically taken in an act of violence that has left a family shattered and a community demanding accountability.
    Ruby was shot and killed by Nicole’s stepfather. In the aftermath, allegations surfaced that he initially lied about what happened. He has since been charged in connection with Ruby’s death and has declined a plea deal, opting instead to take the case to trial.
    What began as an unimaginable personal loss has grown into something larger. The Justice for Ruby movement was born out of grief, advocacy, and a determination to ensure that Ruby’s life mattered. Nicole not only lost her best friend, she also lost her relationship with her mother as the case fractured her family in ways no one could have anticipated.
    In this episode, Nicole shares her journey — the day everything changed, the legal process that followed, the emotional toll of fighting for justice, and why Ruby’s story deserves to be heard. We discuss the charges, the upcoming trial, and the broader issue of accountability in cases involving violence against animals.

Despite distinctive tattoos, possible sightings, and theories that he may have gone off-grid in Kalalau Valley, he has not been heard from since and his case remains unsolved. 💔 Richard Paul Agor – Richard Paul Agor, a 33-year-old father of four who struggled with schizophrenia, was last seen on June 8, 2013, at the Eleele Shopping Center on Kauai, Hawaii, after behaving unusually and leaving behind his phone and belongings.     Both women’s disappearances remain heartbreaking mysteries. As we walk through their timelines, known facts, and the searches that followed, we hope to keep their stories alive and bring awareness to two Illinois cases that still need answers.
    💔 Theresa Ann Wallace —she vanished on July 20, 1990 after leaving her Urbana apartment to go to the library. When she missed church services, friends at New Life Church alerted her mother, who reported her missing on July 24. Her car was later found abandoned with several unexplained clues inside.
    💔 Robin Renea Abrams — A 28-year-old former sheriff’s deputy from Beecher, she disappeared on October 4, 1990 after years of turmoil with her ex-boyfriend, Anthony “Tony” Marquez, a married Will County Sheriff’s deputy. Robin vanished just 18 days before she was set to testify in a federal lawsuit against him and the department.
    Their stories may be decades old, but the search for truth continues. Someone knows what happened.
