• Suicide - Die to your old life
    Jul 8 2026

So many people feel without purpose in their lives, they get caught up in their feelings and this can lead to terrible despondency, despair, depression and a complete pointless sense of hopelessness.

The trick is to find some meaning and purpose by being of service to others.

Go down to the local animal shelter; give of your time and energy to the lost and abandoned puppies and dogs, you will find here. you will see your pain in them and more importantly as you give of yourself, you will experience the hope, joy and gratitude in them for the simple act by you, of just showing up. commit to this for a month, and in 30 days you will look back amazed at how low you once were.

Then volunteer to visit the sick, the elderly in hospitals, hospices and old folks homes. Many of these folks have been abandoned, left to die; the trick is to give them meaning to their lives. Suggest, you don't have a person with experience and wisdom for life in your life and you are looking for someone to fill that void. Make is see you are giving them the opportunity to be there for you, rather than you for them. the effect will be mind billowingly beautiful, as you experience others being given meaning and purpose when they too felt they were on the scrap heap of life.

Finally as you grow in stature, go down to your local police station and get clearance to work with children, and then head to the local, children's hospital, hospice or orphanage and volunteer to visit, to sit with or to play or feed children in dire need of being held.

You will see yourself in each and everyone of these moments of you giving your life, you were ready to discard, to animals, old people and children who will cherish every moment you share with them.

You may have past trauma or demons that can hold you back and in that case you will need to address them.

this program enables you to cast out your demons

    slay your dragons past

break free of the bondage of the past

    &

expel the voices in your head, daily for up to 24 hours at a time

  • Am I a Christian?
    Jul 9 2026

I have been challenged by thoughts and ideas about whether I was ever a Christian, which is compelling me to face this truth.

I recall as a child being baptized as an infant in our local Roman Catholic church, and I believed, my parents believed, I was baptized into the Christian faith.

But over time, I have come to question this.

As s roman catholic, I never bothered to read the bible, that it wasn't necessary; having been baptized my soul was saved; but when I challenged this, and found to my horror, that being baptized with water by another human being, only means I am an accepted member of that denomination, and not baptized as a Christian, this shook me to the core.

Despite the numbers stating there are 45,000 different churches and denominations and some 3 billion Christian members and some 17 million Jews in the world today, how is it that the Bible tells us only 144,000 souls will be saved at the end of time?

Might all these 3 billion Christians not be Christian; unknown to them; they are all members of man-made churches and a multitude of denominations.

Quite possibly most of God's children have no awareness that they have been actual Christians as they have not been baptized the Holy Spirit!

This would explain why the number in the Bible; 144,000; is so low.

    So ask yourself these questions;

Have you been baptized with the Holy Spirit?

Have you harmed one hair on the head of a child of God, whether Jewish, Christian, young children, or the unborn?

Do you worship false gods for your salvation, health, or sanity like: alcohol, drugs, medication, mental disorders; habitual behaviors, co-dependency, blame, shame, guilt, anger, rage, sex, porn, food, sugar, etc.

Do you support Planned Parenthood or abortion?

Do you promote or support transgenderism?

Do you support men identifying as women?

Do you allow the Anti-Christ to thrive in your land?

Do you support the Anti-Christ and his followers over God's own children?

    Do you undermine the family?

Do you promote that same sex couples can marry in a house of God and can act as parents?

These are the kind of questions you need to answer correctly to define whether you are a member of a denomination only or you are a Christian also.

For many of us, we have to break free of the old self, so that we can become a new creation

This means dying to our old self so that we can stand tall and declare:

I AM a child of God

I AM a sibling of Jesus the Jew

    I AM Richard the Christ

This program, Trauma Recovery Anonymous, is a spiritual solution that will enable you to step into your Christian birthright

Only you can do this for yourself

But you can carry this good news to your family and friends today

  • Software Vs Hardware
    Jul 14 2026

There is an English comic named Jimmy Carr, and for the most part, his jokes are crude and vulgar and not the fare of any good-standing Christian and yet; many of his audience ask him for life advice, and he never fails not to disappoint, hats off to the man.

In the latest clip I saw of him interacting with his audience, a young man going through a divorce asked Jimmy how he maintains his mental health, and his kind response, full of common sense, blew me away.

Here I am, an advocate that none of our feelings are a mental disorder, but a gift from God to be trusted in the face of any danger, real or imaginary, and then Mr. Carr shows up with the most wonderful common sense, which was truly beautiful.

He spoke about how we have a bad habit of getting our software and hardware mixed up.

    He suggested that we could choose to stop saying ;

    ‘I have anxiety,’ like it's a curse,

    and rather declare

    I am a worrier’

then something can be done about

    And instead of declaring

    I have depression’

    We declare

‘ I feel sad about the past, I have regrets”

Suddenly, we are not mentally ill, we don’t have to be medicated to the gills; we are still in control, and we can still trust our feelings.

We can go to our parents, a teacher, or a spiritual advisor and tell them we worry about the unknown future, and ask them how they cope with worry, and simply copy them.

We do the same about the past and how we feel sad or bad about it, talk to our loved ones, ask them how they get past the pains and hurts, and we copy them.

We choose to learn from others

We recognize that everyone worries and everyone has regrets

We see we are not mentally ill, nor do we have mental disorders; we just never thought we could ask for help, or others might understand, but when we use the right language, inclusive language that allows our family, friends, and loved ones to become part of our solution, everything changes

Know you are not mentally ill, nor do you have a mental illness

If you believe you have anxiety, know you worry like the rest of us about the unknown future.

If you have any kind of stress, post-traumatic stress, you are not mentally ill, you don’t have a mental disorder; you have a lot on your plate right now, you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders

And if, up to now, you believed you have depression, know you are not mentally ill, you don’t have a mental disorder, rather you find it harder than most to get past the regrets, pains, hurts, loss & sadness of the past

    It’s ok to have feelings!

It’s ok to feel your feelings!

This is what it means to be human

Your feelings remind you that you are still alive!

Your timer is now, & it’s your time to thrive!

Jimmy suggested that for one week:

    Get 8 hours of sleep

    Eat whole foods

Have some meaning and purpose to your life

Make connections with family, friends and colleagues or classmates

    and i would add:

Cut out all electronic for the last hour before bed and the first hour of the dead

    and

Meditate on a piece of scripture like:

"With God beside me, none can stand against us"

what might it feel like, to no longer worry of the unknown future, believing that God has sent a whole host of His angels down to surround you and keep you safe in the present.

  • Trauma Recovery Anonymous
    Jul 6 2026

Trauma Recovery Anonymous promotes that our meaning and purpose can only be found in life and living today.

What happened in our past happened to a different aspect of who we are today.

I am a grown man, 65 years of age, a husband, father and trauma recovery coach

. The aspect of me who suffered a traumatic event 53 years ago was a 12-year-old child. he was the victim of that event

    I am the survivor today.

We are different aspects, living two completely different lifetimes.

In his lifetime, he lived with his parents and all his siblings in the family home in Ireland.

Today, my parents are dead, and one of my siblings died of leukemia, which reaffirms that the past has no business in my present today.

But thankfully, there is a spiritual solution to heal the hole in your soul. You give the details and baggage of the past back to your inner child, and suddenly, they can leave this plane of existence.

This is the gift of recovery, of letting your inner child go, to step into the light, and in that moment, you are free of the bondage of the past.

  • Anxiety is a Call to Action
    Jul 8 2026

Anxiety is a Call to Action.

Recall your first anxious moments before you were diagnosed.

understand when you were anxious, this was God trying to tell you to

    Flight

    Fight

    Freeze

    Fawn

    Faith

    Acceptance

Understand Freeze & Fawn are healthy coping skills for young children. They are not the responses for us as we get older, from adolescence to adulthood. And so we learn to use one of the other responses:

    choose Flight- to run away,

choose Fight - ask for help, seek a solution, just say no

choose Faith- put your faith in your parents, in God

choose Acceptance-understand you are no one's victim, it's not all about you

You do your homework when invited to events, so you can talk to other people, you can have a conversation, and you can hold your own

In this way, you will grow in confidence, and you will become more relaxed in who you might be.

As your confidence grows, you will become more independent and assured.

Anxiety, like all your emotions, is a Call to Action.

Learn about the two sets of voices you have to choose correctly from.

You can do this today, it's not rocket science

  • A Buddhist treatment for Trauma & Depression
    Jul 7 2026

My guest today, a childhood trauma survivor, took the path of recovery to go from Victim to Survivor to Victor and today a Helper.

Saw Myint, became a committed Buddhist, which helped her to heal more and, in turn, to help others to heal too.

Experience can matter more than knowledge; we no longer allow our trauma to play a part in our lives. This is a truth of Buddha.

In the whole world, there is only the mind and the body.

As humans, we might look different, yet we all feel and think based on the experiences of things that have already passed.

If we can let go of the past completely, we are then feeding on the memory; the past trauma has already left, and we just have to learn to move on.

Deep breathing can help a person to move on.

Despite the trauma, we still have our lives, and that is the most important truth to remember.

  • We have to climb out of the Nest of Vipers that is Depression & PTSD
    Jul 10 2026

We have to climb out of the Nest of Vipers that is Depression & PTSD.

There was a time when we were as normal as could be, considering we were carrying around demons from our past.

One day, we went for help and were told the problem and solution was that we were mentally ill, we had a mental disorder.

But unlike any normal medical diagnosis, for this to work, we had to fully embrace the diagnosis and fit ourselves to the diagnosis.

This meant not only attending all therapy commitments or taking all the prescribed medications, but if it wasn't working, then the problem lay with us; we hadn't fully committed to the diagnosis, and there would be no clear sign of it working until we embraced it fully.

It was like our condition was a dark pit of snakes, a brood of vipers; man's deadliest mortal enemies; and we were expected to climb into bed with them, and allow them to rule and define us completely.

This meant we had always to keep up appearances; we couldn't have a good day, and God forbid, we couldn't have a good week, there had to be some expression of our condition, no matter how little or minor, for others to know, this was our true reality.

It is so hard to maintain this permanent state of being with the normal people in our lives, family, friends, etc.

It's much easier if we push them all away and invest ourselves in the world of our diagnosis.

But there is a heavy price to pay, because it can feel that there is no way back, and so we search for meaning and purpose in our pain and suffering,

This lie, we start to believe and live, destroys our soul, the very essence of who we are meant to be

We are not meant to find our meaning and purpose in the suffering of our inner child.

That was their meaning and purpose

They were the victim of their pain and suffering

We each are the survivor today, a totally different aspect of the one I AM.

The past is none of our business; we have no valid reason to suffer it in the present.

We must climb out of that dark pit and climb back into the sunlight of the spirit in the present.

This is the truth that shall set you free, all it requires is honesty, open-mindedness & willingness

Honesty to accept your best efforts at embracing that truth isn't working

Open-minded to consider you are not mentally ill, you do not have a mental disorder, rather you have a broken spirit, a spiritual malady, a hole in your soul

The willingness to try something different, something old, something new, to claim the promised miracles of the Bible; to cast out your demons; to quieten the voices in your head; and break free of the bondage of the past by embracing a two-part spiritual solution

  • The Truth about Anxiety & Depression will Set You Free
    Jul 13 2026

The truth about anxiety and panic will set you free if you can keep an open mind. Anxiety and panic find their form in the fear we hold for any future, whether that is in 5 minutes from now or in any of our tomorrows.

This is the truth that shall set you free, if you can cultivate an open mind and simply understand that all of your anxiety and panic is a healthy warning call to action, in the face of a fear you have of something that is to happen in your future.

We only exist in these 24 hours today, and to be honest, the best action is to accept that we only exist in this hour right now.

Learn to use your breath to fight anxiety and panic.

We also need to learn to stop listening to the voices in our head, to tell them to feck off.

We learn to trust our God-given responses,

    Flight

    Fight

    Freeze

    Fawn

    Faith

    Acceptance

Trust your God-given instincts, take the appropriate action.
