Things I Think About - The show where I talk about the things I think about. I decided to start this podcast due to a very severe issue I have in which I cannot sleep, no matter how hard I try. Like many of you, I presume (if you even read this), you lay in bed at night awake. Thinking. Ruminating. Remembering things you forgot to do or perhaps are anxious about in the future. In order to mitigate that, I've decided to start this podcast to let my thoughts loose prior to ending my day. How well this will work I do not know, however if you are here, I sincerely thank you for being a part of this journey.
