  • Episode 240 - Colour, Confidence & Presence
    Jan 22 2026

    In this weeks episode I'm chatting to my lovely friend Peter Kane, aka, Peter the Personal Stylist.

    I asked Peter the following questions;

    1.What impact does colour have on our mood, confidence and energy?

    2.Many women default to black, navy or grey for work. Why do you think that is and what are we missing out on when we avoid colour?

    3.For someone who loves colour but worries about looking ‘too much’, how can they wear multiple colours in a way that still feels polished and professional?

    4.How does understanding your personal colouring change the way you shop, dress and get ready day-to-day?

    Peter answered this so well to help you become confident with colour

  • Episode 239 - An edit, not an overhaul.
    Jan 15 2026

    In this week's episode I'm chatting to Jess Harvey, founder of the Female Mentoring Alliance and co-host of the 'Brand Edit' Retreat day.

    We discuss;

    • What does the phrase ‘personal brand’ actually mean to you, and why is it so critical right now?
    • In Jess's experience, what are the biggest blocks women face when trying to show up with confidence and authenticity in their professional and personal lives?
    • Our event, The Brand Edit, is all about refinement rather than reinvention, Jess shares what that shift from changing to editing can unlock in someone’s career and confidence
    • What are the three outcomes or shifts we want our attendees to walk away with after a day at The Brand Edit?”
    • For someone who’s listening and thinking ‘I know I need support but I’m not sure if an in-person experience is right for me’, how we describe the impact of gathering in person, intentionally, to work on your personal brand.

  • Episode 238 - A Positive Reset for Your Wardrobe This New Year
    Jan 8 2026

    As we start a new year, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by our wardrobe, sales everywhere, trends shouting at us, and that familiar feeling of having “nothing to wear.”

    This episode is about pressing pause and approaching your wardrobe with positivity, clarity and ease.

    Rather than focusing on what you don’t have, I’m sharing five simple ways to feel good about what’s already in your wardrobe, how to shop without pressure, and how to move forward confidently, without the stress.

    In this episode, we cover:

    1. Start with appreciation, not criticism

    Your wardrobe reflects different seasons of your life. Instead of judging it, begin by appreciating what’s served you well and what still makes you feel confident.

    2. Focus on what already works

    The outfits you reach for most are giving you valuable clues about your personal style. When you understand what works, everything becomes easier.

    3. The shops are full, so there’s no rush

    There’s no need to panic-buy or keep up with every trend. Shopping with clarity always feels better than shopping with pressure.

    4. Create calm with simple outfit formulas

    Positivity comes from reducing decisions. Go-to outfits and reliable combinations bring ease and confidence to everyday dressing.

    5. Dress for the woman you are now

    Your wardrobe should support your current lifestyle, confidence and priorities, not who you used to be.

    Final thought

    A positive wardrobe reset doesn’t mean starting again.

    It means reconnecting with who you are now and creating clarity, confidence and ease through what you wear.

    If your wardrobe feels overwhelming, that’s often a sign you’ve evolved and it may simply need a fresh perspective.
