    To break the Inaction, the 1st step is the most difficult one. This episode is just for that.

    To help you take that 1st step out of inaction & Get things done.

    There are days where you are just lying on the bed & don't want to wake up; Just sitting and scrolling on Social Media being well aware that you have lot of work to do but you just don't feel like doing them. And there goes a day which you would remember and feel bad about not doing anything.

    Breaking out of that sluggish part is hard. But, what you can come out of it with full of energy? What if you could jump up & get excited in just 5 mins to get the work done?

    You are not lazy. You just need to break that state and enter a new state.

    In this episode, I share the exercise (activity) that I do for just 5 minutes which makes me jump with excitement even when I was just slouching all day.
