    Deep relaxation meditation to release tension from every part of your body and bring you back to center. This guided meditation walks you through a full body progressive muscle relaxation, starting at the top of your head and moving slowly down through your neck, shoulders, arms, back, and legs, releasing tension as you go. Progressive muscle relaxation works by guiding your attention to one muscle group at a time, letting each one soften before moving to the next, so by the end your entire body has released what it was holding onto. Once your body is completely relaxed, you'll be guided into an even deeper state through a slow countdown, allowing your mind to settle and your thoughts to quiet.

    This deep relaxation practice helps with everyday stress, tension you didn't even know you were carrying, and the mental noise that builds up over the course of a busy day. This guided meditation brings you all the way back to full alertness at the end, so you can use it any time you need to reset, whether that's during a lunch break, before an important conversation, or simply when your body needs to let go of the day. You'll leave feeling calm, clear, and grounded, with a simple tool you can return to any time relaxation is what you need. Grounding is a skill, and the more you practice releasing tension this way, the easier it becomes to find that same calm on your own, without needing anything outside yourself to get there.
