Hello and welcome to the Late Kick Off Football Podcast episode 177!!

Mike and Jamie dive into another chaotic round of top-flight action – from Chelsea’s last-gasp win over Liverpool and Estêvão’s breakout moment, to Arsenal’s milestone victory (and injury worries) in Mikel Arteta’s 300th game.

There’s also discussion of Mohammed Kudus’s first Spurs goal in a gritty win at Leeds, Everton ending Palace’s unbeaten run, and Aston Villa’s resurgence under Unai Emery.

Plus: “Two Things We Learned” features chaos at Forest and stats that’ll make Wolves fans wince and the “Bin Juice Game of the Week” returns with a predictably pungent pick.

Hello and welcome to the Late Kick Off Football podcast episode 175!

Arsenal left it late at the Emirates as Arteta’s finishers pegged back Haaland and Manchester City.

Up north, Manchester United showed grit in a rain-soaked win over Chelsea.

And in the Merseyside derby, Liverpool kept their perfect start alive against Everton, with Gravenberch stepping into the spotlight. Plus, our moments of the week, one thing we learned, and the dreaded bin juice game of match week five!

Welcome to what was a so-so match day four of the Premier League off the back of the first international break of the season.

    Plenty to discuss.

There was the Manchester Derby. Liverpool inexplicably are a perfect four from four, without looking convincing in any game thus far.

Ange is back just as Levy leaves the league, but Arsenal make it a miserable return to the dugout for the reigning Europa League winning manager.

Also, the bin juice game of the week and some, nay many, could have been the one in an oddly low scoring weekend.

Hello and welcome the Late Kick Off Football podcast episode 173!

Guehi scores a worldie to down Aston Villa before a potential move to Liverpool.

Speaking about Liverpool, the Reds kept their first clean sheet of the season against another frigid Arsenal appearance at Anfield.

And Slot will be loving the fact that the Seagulls beat City, confining Pep to back-to-back defeats.

    Nottingham Forrest 0-3 West Ham United / Tottenham Hotspur 0-1 AFC Bournemouth / Sunderland 2-1 Brentford (2:00) / Aston Villa 0-3 Crystal Palace (6:53) / Liverpool 1-0 Arsenal (14:53) / Brighton and Hove Albion 2-1 Manchester City (25:45) / Chelsea 2-0 Fulham (34:45) / Manchester United 3-2 Burnley (39:45) / Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-3 Everton (46:50) / Leeds United 0-0 Newcastle United (50:50)

Hello and welcome to the Late Kick Off Football Podcast episode 172!

Week two in the Premier League did not disappoint as we had a barnstormer on Monday Night Football to cap off an excellent weekend of football.

Spurs win at the Etihad again and Chelsea leave Potter in a bind at the London Stadium, while Burnley get their first victory which means all the promoted sides are off the mark already.

Everton start life in their new dockside stadium and Bruno Fernandes gets in a tizz when taking a penalty.

All this and more in the football show that doesn’t take itself all too seriously.

    Newcastle v Liverpool (03:00) ; Fulham v Manchester United / Crystal Palace v Nottingham Forrest (25:00) ; Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspurs (34:55) ; West Ham United v Chelsea (44:16) ; Everton v Bright and Hove Albion / Arsenal v Leeds United / Brentford v Aston Villa / Burnley v Sunderland (56:00) ; AFC Bournemouth v Wolverhampton Wanderers (61:00)

Hello and welcome to the Late Kick Off Football Podcast episode 171!

The Premier League is back, a newly promoted side only had to wait 90 minutes (never mind three months) to get their first win of the season as Sunderland dished out a hammering.

Liverpool leave it late to start their title defence against a depleted but resolute Bournemouth side.

And Arteta's Arsenal amuse Amorim as the Gunners win the battle of "the new no.9s" – even if it was the man between the sticks that proved the difference.
