  • Changing the Paradigm — Part Three
    Sep 24 2026
Becoming the Person Your Goal Requires

Recognizing an old paradigm is the beginning. Replacing the belief is the next step. But lasting change asks something more: we must begin living from the new idea until a new way of thinking and behaving becomes increasingly natural.

In this concluding episode of the three-part Changing the Paradigm series, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores what it means to move from awareness and repetition into embodiment.

Drawing from the teachings of Bob Proctor and Napoleon Hill, we examine the importance of self-image, repetition, decision, environment, persistence, and—most importantly—action. An old thought doesn't have to be obeyed simply because it's familiar, and an old behavior doesn't have to remain part of your identity simply because you've practiced it for years.

Your Big Dream Goal isn't only calling you toward a new result. It's calling you toward a new version of yourself.

Who would you need to become to live the life you say you want? How would that person think, make decisions, use their time, respond to fear, handle setbacks, and act when they don't feel motivated?

This episode offers a practical daily approach for strengthening the new paradigm: see the goal, become emotionally involved with it, choose behavior consistent with it, act, review your day, learn, correct, and repeat. When the old paradigm resurfaces—and sometimes it will—the answer isn't self-condemnation. Notice. Correct. Continue.

Throughout this series, we've moved through three stages:

    Awareness. Replacement. Embodiment.

You are not required to remain loyal to an old version of yourself simply because you've been that person for a long time. Your history can be acknowledged without being repeated.

The question that concludes our journey is also the one that can begin your next chapter:

If the life you would love to live requires a new version of you, what will that version of you do today?

    Don't just answer it.

    Go do it.

  • Is This Goodbye… or Just a New Beginning?
    Jul 9 2026
    A Personal Conversation with You

This week marks a very special milestone—Episode 400 of The Genesis Frequency and more than eight years of conversations about personal growth, human potential, leadership, goal achievement, and living a more intentional life.

In this deeply personal episode, Dr. Stephen Kosmyna reflects on the incredible journey of producing 400 episodes and the many topics explored along the way: the power of thought, purpose, faith, personal responsibility, visualization, the subconscious mind, leadership, prosperity, and discovering our true potential.

But this episode is also a moment of honest reflection.

As life enters a new season—with continued work in leadership development, ministry, and the launch of Emerald Coast Longevity Clinic—Stephen openly shares that he is considering whether this may be the end of the podcast… at least for now.

If The Genesis Frequency has encouraged, inspired, or helped you in any way over the years, this episode includes a heartfelt invitation:

    Please reach out.

Not through social media comments that may never be seen, but through a simple email sharing your thoughts, your story, or whether these conversations have mattered to you.

    📧 Stephen@SuccessOcean.com

    This isn't a sales pitch.

It's simply an invitation to connect and help shape what comes next.

And if this is not the end, perhaps the next season of The Genesis Frequency will be even more exciting—expanding into conversations about health, longevity, vitality, weight management, and whole-life transformation.

Because after 400 episodes, one truth remains:

You are capable of far more than you know, and your best days may still be ahead of you.
