The ELVOLVE Podcast is a space for real, interesting, and insightful conversations - the kind that feel like you’re having a chat with a friend, or a big sister who’s been there, lived it, and is willing to tell the truth.

Hosted by Elly Miles, this podcast explores what it actually takes to regulate your nervous system, rewire unconscious patterns, and come home to yourself. The conversations centre around healing, self worth, relationships, identity, spirituality, and the real life experiences that shape who we become.

At the heart of The ELVOLVE Podcast is Elly’s desire to inspire people to go after a life they’re genuinely excited to wake up to. That often means being willing to face yourself honestly, sit with discomfort, and do the inner work that leads to real change.

Elly is a trauma informed Life Coach and she shares openly from her own life, experiences, and lessons learned to invite reflection, self responsibility, and the courage to look at your patterns so you can move beyond what’s been holding you back.

Expect solo episodes and intimate guest conversations that feel relatable, honest, and grounded - with plenty of laughs along the way. Because life gets to be fun, and joy is just as important as the deep stuff.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, disconnected, or quietly aware that there’s more available to you, this podcast is for you.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling clearer, inspired and excited to take action.

  • EP 7: The Self Love Journey I Never Expected
    Feb 17 2026

Self love has been turned into a cute aesthetic. Bubble baths. Face masks. A new manicure.

This episode is the real version.

I share pieces of my own journey, including the early memories that shaped how I saw my body and myself, and we break down what self love actually looks like in real life. Boundaries. Authenticity. Taking responsibility for your patterns. Feeling emotions instead of escaping them. Having the conversations that feel edgy. Choosing what is nourishing even when comfort is calling.

You will also get a practical starting point that I give every client.

A Mind Body Spirit audit to help you see what is supporting you, what is draining you, and what upgrades are ready to be made.

If self love has felt confusing, heavy, or like something you “should” have mastered by now, this episode brings it back to the truth.

    Simple. Honest. Doable.

    Inside this episode, we cover
    What self love actually is
Why triggers are clues, not problems
How unconscious patterns get formed and repeated
    Why responsibility is freedom
How to create a morning and evening routine that builds self trust
Why leaning into the edge changes everything

If you do the Mind Body Spirit audit after listening, message me on Instagram and tell me what you noticed. I love hearing your breakthroughs.

  • EP 6: Uncomfortable Truths About Growth, Love & Freedom with Dean Lucas
    Feb 10 2026

In this episode of the ELVOLVE podcast, I’m joined by Dean Lucas for a deep, honest conversation about personal evolution, adversity, emotional healing, and what it really means to live consciously.

We explore why suffering and challenge are not things to avoid, but essential initiations into who we become. From childhood loneliness and depression, to heartbreak, identity shifts, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and unfulfilled potential, this conversation moves into the spaces most people try to bypass.

We talk about why comfort keeps people stuck, how unprocessed emotions quietly shape our relationships and health, and why avoidance often creates more pain than feeling things fully ever could. Deano shares openly about fear, ego, commitment, identity beyond achievement, and what happens when you stop half-living your life.

This episode also dives into relationships, emotional availability, self-worth, and the patterns we repeat until we are willing to look at ourselves honestly. We unpack why nothing changes if nothing changes, how self-awareness creates freedom, and why growth is built through small daily choices rather than big moments.

This is a conversation for anyone who feels there is more to life than distraction, validation, and surface-level success. If you’re navigating change, questioning your direction, or learning how to show up more fully for yourself and others, this episode will meet you right where you are.

No fluff. No bypassing. Just truth, perspective, and grounded reflection.

  • EP 5: Nervous System 101: Are You Dysregulated?
    Feb 3 2026

In this solo episode, Elly breaks down the nervous system in a way that finally makes sense and feels real.

We’re talking about what your nervous system actually is, how it’s constantly scanning for safety, and why it’s designed to keep you alive rather than keep you happy. You’ll learn the most common signs of dysregulation across your thoughts, emotions, body, and behaviours, from overthinking and anxiety to burnout, gut issues, people pleasing, procrastination, binge eating, overworking and attracting emotionally unavailable partners.

Elly also shares her own story of being deeply dysregulated and thinking it was normal, the patterns she used to cope, and the moment she realised something had to change. From there, she walks you through what regulation really takes, including your environment, your daily habits, unresolved trauma, emotional build up, identity patterns, and the simple tools that help you come back to centre in real time.

You’ll leave with practical breathwork you can use immediately (physiological sigh + coherence breathing), a powerful reframe around labels like “lazy” or “broken,” and a deeper sense of safety in your own body.

If this episode hits home, this is the foundation of the work inside Elly’s private coaching and her group program "She Regulated" which starts mid March 2026.
