Then Nate looked down.

A name tag on a skeleton in a tunnel full of Triggermen changed everything. What happened next wasn't professional. Wasn't clean. And Nate's not going to pretend otherwise.

Five days of silence. Then this.

Nate goes back to the vault one last time... for a weapon, and for something he wasn't ready to face. What he carries out changes everything.

This is the episode where grief gets a place to live. Where a wedding ring comes off for all the right reasons. And where a man buries his wife under the only tree she ever loved... with broken ribs, a stranger's blanket, and a dog who never left his side.

He came out of that vault with nothing. He's leaving Sanctuary Hills with a mission.

Some tapes aren't meant to exist.

What starts as an accidental recording drops you directly into the fight — no setup, no warning, just Nate Campbell, a Deathclaw, and a dog who refused to run.

Day Three - Mid- Afternoon.

Nate's moving toward Concord for answers — and finds a war zone instead.

Five raiders. A man pinned down on a balcony. And a dog who'd already made up his mind before Nate had.

This tape follows Nate through the streets and into the Museum of Freedom... where split-second decisions, a weapon he'd never held before, and a ragtag group of survivors called the Minutemen are about to complicate an already impossible mission.

He came to Concord for information about Shaun. He's leaving in power armor.
