    In this episode, we're getting into one of the most important diagnostic skills you can develop as a full stack marketer - learning to tell the difference between a funnel problem and a positioning problem. Because they look almost identical on the surface, but they require completely different fixes.

    I had 5,000 subscribers. I deleted 4,635 of them on purpose.
