Our main goals is to change the thinking of the fitness industry from: Looking good is the most important thing, if you do not have abs, you're not even slightly healthy and should not like how you look.


To: Feeling good is the first and most important part, this is what should be emphasized way more. Even if you look good, but do not feel good, you will not think that you look good!!


That is where our tag line- Feel good, Look good, In That Order comes from.


We are not your run of the mill boring fitness podcast.


We take a unique look at health and fitness, because we have two hosts, one who is a nerd and studies this area, and one who lives it as a bro, both of whom understand what it is like to try to be healthy and have a very busy normal life.


Clayton Buckwalter- Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Nutritional Health Coach, and Certified Nerd. Will give the science side of health and nutrition from everything he has learned while studying the craft.


Andy Buckwalter- is also on the podcast. He will tell you what he thinks, from years of living a healthy lifestyle, and listening to a nerd talk.
